Non-invasive and generally very safe. No risks or side effects for most people.

Not allowed for individuals with high photosensitivity (e.g., light-sensitive epilepsy, family history of epilepsy) or those with implantable medical devices. Light intensity can be adjusted for those with sensitivities.

What should I expect during a session?

Clients lie on a vibroacoustic water bed, feeling gentle vibrations synced with calming music. The rhythmic lights above create a soothing atmosphere. Most clients experience deep relaxation, with some entering a deep meditative state. Depending on the program, clients typically feel grounded, clear-headed, and calm.
