What is Brainwave Entrainment?

Brainwaive Entrainment, also known as frequency following response (FFR), is a therapeutic method that uses rhythmic pulses of light at specific frequencies to influence brain activity. The brain adjusts its brainwaves to match the light frequency which allows for therapeutic modulation. As a result, brainwave entrainment provides access to desired Alpha and Theta states for mental restoration, flow, or deeply transformative introspection.

How it works

Frequency-Based Entrainment

Brainwave Entrainment involves exposure to pulsing lights that oscillate at a certain frequency, matching or guiding the brain’s natural electrical rhythms. At any given moment, your brain produces different types of brainwaves, including delta (sleep state), theta (sleep awake state), alpha (relaxed awake state), and beta (alert awake state). When exposed to flashing lights at specific frequencies, the brain naturally synchronizes with those rhythms, which can influence how alert, relaxed, or focused the person becomes.

Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) is a therapeutic approach that uses low-frequency sound waves to create vibrations that are applied directly to the body through a specialized device like a chair, bed, or mat. These vibrations are combined with calming music or soundscapes, creating a multi-sensory experience designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
