As often as you’d like! Just one session will deliver significant benefits, however, we recommend 5-7 sessions to experience fundamental long-term improvements. It is safe to do a session every day.
Come as you are. No prior experience or preparation is required. Instead of asking you to learn new skills, our methods amplify the ones you already bring to our table.
Bring only an intention. We provide everything else you need for a seamless integration into your daily routine.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, however, if you’re coming to us from other activities, feel free to wear your everyday clothes. There is no need to change or freshen up afterward and we’ll provide slippers and blankets to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
While it’s recommended to finish your session for full benefits, should you need a break, you can pause your session at any time! Simply remove your headphones and your guide will assist you.
